Hello, I am Dahlia Ashford! Most job seekers are clueless on how to manage their job campaign process. I am a rapid employment coach that brings a marketing approach to the job campaign process. I will assist you in getting the right job, and at the right pay quickly and enjoyably. I seek to inspire and uplift individuals in achieving their career goals.
Why Hire a Career Coach?
Career coaches are experts in career development and planning, resume building, and interviewing. Many career coaches are up to date with current hiring practices because they are constantly watching trends in the workplace. Think of a career coach as your mini public relations team, helping you to market your professional experiences into an attractive package. If you have ever been unsure of how to find a job that fulfills you, career coaches are there to guide and direct you.
If you are currently in a job you enjoy, career coaches can also assist individuals when they are not looking for a new career or promotion. Many assist individuals that are unsure of what path to take in their career, how to negotiate salary or benefits, and big interviews. Career coaches provide an informed perspective on a career-related situation that proves valuable in an individual’s career journey.
